THE MOST UNDERRATED POSTERIOR CHAIN EXERCISE YOU NEED TO DO


I wanted to bring you in the gym to go over what I think is one of the most underrated exercises you’re probably not doing. This exercise will make your hamstrings scream and put a ton of extra volume into your calves, glutes, and lower back. When you want to increase overall performance and strength in the gym, you’ll want to really focus on multi joint, functional, compound movements. This will allow you to hit multiple muscle groups at once and really gives you the best bang for your buck. So what exercise am I talking about? None other than GHR’s or Glute Ham Raises. The glute ham raise works both knee flexion and hip extension at the same time, making it one of my favorite posterior chain movements. Let’s get inside the gym and demonstrate all the different ways you can perform this game changing exercise.
